Guest guest Posted November 27, 2010 Report Share Posted November 27, 2010 Well, I got a very late start this morning... still very happy that I didn't try to sneak in another rest day. I had a rest day yesterday and that was the first one in months.. I didn't really " rest " though since we shopped for about 12 hours Anyway, I did Firm's Advanced Cardio Blast w/ Kay. I like this workout quite a bit. It's challenging, but not overly so. I did get messed up on a tiny bit of the choreography, but not bad. I burned 350 calories with my average at 131. Nice burn for a Firm and 35 minute workout.. Afterwards, I did Cathe's Core Max. My back is still not pleased since I threw wood in, so I modified a few exercises, and even stretched a bit here and there. Still got some nice burns and was happy with my overall workout for the day Darcy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
