Well, I got a very late start this morning... still very happy that I didn't try to sneak in another rest day.  I had a rest day yesterday and that was the first one in months.. I didn't really " rest " though since we shopped for about 12 hours :)

Anyway, I did Firm's Advanced Cardio Blast w/ Kay.  I like this workout quite a bit.  It's challenging, but not overly so.  I did get messed up on a tiny bit of the choreography, but not bad.  I burned 350 calories with my average at 131.  Nice burn for a Firm and 35 minute workout..  Afterwards, I did Cathe's Core Max.  My back is still not pleased since I threw wood in, so I modified a few exercises, and even stretched a bit here and there.  Still got some nice burns and was happy with my overall workout for the day :)
