Guest guest Posted December 9, 2010 Report Share Posted December 9, 2010 I had a nice, mellow evening at Studio LouLou, spinning by candlelight and incense to Bob Seger. I cycled from " Night Moves " to " Old Time Rock & Roll " , which was approximately 26 minutes. I just went at a steady pace with moderate resistance, nothing too strenuous, just to warm up my legs prior to stretching and to burn fat from my lower target heart rate zone. From " We've Got Tonight " to " Against the Wind " I smashed out knots in my shins, quads, adductors, abductors, hips, IT bands, and lower back. From " Mainstreet " to " C'est La Vie " I did a lot of stretches on the mat, the padangustasana series, happy baby, knees to chest, runners' lunges, supine pigeon and downdog. I feel much better. CLX Push Circuit 2 and abs tomorrow, then I work a half day - our team is going to lunch and then to pack up school supplies at a low income school. G'night Everyone!
