Good morning, everyone!I was asked by a friend who has not received a

purchase from . She and her policeman/cop husband have contacted

the DA in Otsego County where he lives to pursue charges against him for

calves not delivered and money for deposits taken yet not returned. They

are now pursuing on charges evidently....I am posting as a

courtesy for her, the info to contact the DA or investigator on this

case. Below is her post to me...

PLEASE contact anyone you know of who has in the past given money

for deposits or cattle not delivered on. The investigator needs as many

cases as possible to build a big case to stop him perhaps once and for

all. The wheels of justice Do turn, however slowly! Thanks for your

time....

(South Side Stables)? If so, can you give their information to

the investigator (his contact info is below) . The investigator just

called again today and said was arrested again and has to be in

court again next week, and the District Attorney, wants to gather as

many charges as he can against him and needs more complainants. (The

investigator is already calling Theresa today too)

Hopefully, this guy can be shut down and not rob anyone else.
