My names Ronnie and I'm a 53 year old retired woman from , Australia that has just joined your group hopefully to learn how to make cheese and various things. I live in a rural town but am surrounded by dairy farms and various other types of small produce hobby farmers where I can travel not far out of town to get raw cows or goats milk in which I rather do than buy processed milk that is no longer real milk by the time they put all that they do to add to it. I have my own veggie plot, grow my own herbs and just starting to grow some fruit trees in large pots. I am one of those that rather make my own everything than rather buy from a supermarket and get very much into preserving and canning. I hope to learn to make my own cheese someday.
