With all the talk of Laslie's walk workouts, I decided to try a couple. I found

some on Exercise TV, so I put in 2 of her miles. I used dumbbells with the first

20-minute video, but set them down for the second.

(Why do I find a 40 minute workout too long, but two 20 minute workouts are

fine?)

They were my first workouts, but probably not the last. I like her very

long intro to changing steps!
