Thursday- Walk/Core Fusion

Hi Everyone - Today I went on a Field Trip w/ my daughter's class, we had to be at school at 7:15 to leave - so a quick workout for me. I did 2 miles of from Walk Away the Pounds for Abs, then did the upper body, lower body and stretch from Exhale Core Fusion Pilates Plus.We were active throughout the day, walking around through a museum, so that was good! I ran in to Borders to get 2 Gift Cards and I see the sugar and spice latte is back - not good - I'm sure it has a lot of calories - but I needed to treat myself and get a caffeine boost after the trip! I will try to keep it to just one or two more this holiday season - not only are they fattening, but they are pricey! :)

Sounds like a great day for you! It is good to have a treat every once in a while too. I made chocolate chip cookies last night for Miriam's Jump Rope Club party and I've treated myself to a few too many today so I need to heed my own thoughts about "every once in a while!"
