Guest guest
I woke up this morning craving running, the desire to move freely outside and make distance. It was a wonderful day for running, 51 degrees, and rainy. I like running in the rain, it's refreshing and that means I don't have to weave in and out of lollygagging walkers along the way; only the serious folks seem to be out in the rain. As I was entering the Hawthorne Bridge I hear footsteps and see a figure next to me. It was " Jab Cross " , a romantic friend of mine! We are never single at the same time so there's always an enticing tension between us. Anyway he told me how great I looked and what he was up to and that made me feel good My knee and hip for the moment feel fine, but I plan on spinning for a half hour tonite (an endurance ride to Bob Seger by candlelight), do some intense foam roller stretches, and then do Yoga for Stress Relief: Practice for the S.I joint. Hope everyone's having a great day in Fitness!

So, is "Jab Cross" single these days? ;-) Riding to Bob Seger by candlelight sounds wonderful, as does the rest of your plan, enjoy! today's 3 mile run in the rain I woke up this morning craving running, the desire to move freely outside and make distance.
