I used GT's original, raw Kombucha from Whole Foods, used half with one cup of fresh, sweet tea (1 heaping Tbsp sugar) and drank the other half. My scoby has been forming for 2 weeks (about)...and it looks and smells marvelous! I've brewed my tea today, and left it to cool while I went to work this evening.
