I didn't hit my goal of 6 workouts (3 strength, 3 cardio) but I got in 5. I planned yesterday as a rest day and wanted to workout today but ended up getting caught up in Christmas tree decorating and baking many, many cookies for Miriam's holiday party at school (it isn't until next week but I won't have time then and did today so I got started today and am freezing them until next week). We got hit with a big winter storm today too, I think we probably got at least 6 inches of snow. School is already canceled for tomorrow and I already got a sub for my morning meetings because it takes me 40 minutes to get there on a good day so after sleeping in, I do plan to get in a workout (plus baking more cookies).

Anyway, here's what I did this past week: (number columns are minutes, calories & WW points)

It was less than last week but still better than 150 minutes minimum.

I'm going to finish the Amy Bento DVD by doing at least Split 1 Legs on Monday. I might add the 15 minute core workout if I'm up to it. If Legs is as challenging as Chest, Bis & Tris, I don't know that I will be! I'm going to plan on working 6 days with 3 cardio & 3 strength (but 5 workouts is an acceptable 2nd place). 150 minutes is still my minimum and I'm not sure what to set for calorie & points burn mins so I'm not setting those for now (still getting an idea of what to expect). I'm on a big strength training thing right now and I think I'm going to switch gears from slow & heavy and try Jari Love's the rest of the week. I'll plan the cardios soon. I just picked them as I went last week and that wasn't ideal but worked out okay.
