Guest guest Posted November 28, 2010 Report Share Posted November 28, 2010 This morning I did Joyce Vedral Bottoms Up workout Lower Body. this one was about 45 minutes long of actual workout. In this one she does a thing where she lays flat on her stomach with legs extended and puts a dumbbell between her feet and does leg lifts. She has done this is in several of her videos, but one time I almost hurt myself when the weight went flying on to my back so now I just use ankle weights instead. When she does it she just uses light weights like 3 pounds, but I wanted to feel it and so I used a heavier one and it was to awkward trying to pick it up with my feet, that's when it went flying. It was much better with the ankle weights. The only problem is that I have very skinny chicken legs and the weights dont stay at my ankle no matter how tight I put them, they go up and down on my leg, but still much better. I have been such a slacker on this long weekend that I took, I had planned to do so many workouts, but it just hasn't happened. I may try to sneak in a bonus one later today, we'll see what happens.
