Hi Everyone!I took Saturday off - whew! On Friday I did manage a bonus workout - my usual walk w/ my friend. Both of our DDs were at a b-day party so we took the opportunity to walk and we did - an hour and 20 min - so it must have been at least 4 miles, maybe 5. We move quickly, but I have no idea how fast. It isn't strolling, but it isn't speedwalking either and we are talking.Today I got back on track - 4 miles on the treadmill. First mile was just a warm-up walk (gradually increasing speed), then for 2.75 miles I alternated 1/4 mile jog 1/4 mile walk - finished up with a walk to a cool down. I can tell that my fitness has improved over this challenge. These walks and walk/jogs seem pretty easy to me now! Finally, I did all of the 10 Min Solution Pilates workout w/ the squishy ball. I can't remember the title but Leigh Rodgers leads it. I like her and I also liked the 10 min soultion dance

routine (the one w/ the weighted belt) she did as well. Overall, this was good Pilates workout - some different exercises to keep it fresh and the ball did add some challenges here and there (for some exercises, I had to put the ball aside and do it the "regular" way).Decorating and cleaning is on tap for today. I wan't to declutter DD's toys, books, and movies before more come in for Xmas.I'm off work tomorrow - woo hoo - and plan to do 5 miles of and a Classical stretch.I have to check to see if post her December challenge yet. I'm not sure what day I'm on of the 10 day challenge. I guess I started on Tuesday??? I like the general framework of the challenge, and then just add in my own tweaks. I do want to add more weights in, I think.Take care!Donna
