I'll join Dara! But since I have been so out of the groove lately, I think my

goal for the first few weeks will be 3 workouts a week (lately I have been

doing NONE!)

Those of you who do the 21 day challenges are awesome!!!

For me it is easier to make it a priority to get in a workout five days out

of seven. If anyone is interested in joining me, I would like to do a

challenge of my own. It doesn't matter what workout you do as long as you

do it five days per week. What do you think?

If you want to try this, I would like for you to also post at the end of

your fifth workout with one positive thing you got out of the workouts. It

doesn't have to be weight or inch loss. It can be that you did that second

set of grueling kicks or that you passed up the Krispy kreme, or candy bar

or Doritoes! Anything positive gained is worth mentioning. Any Takers?

hi dara! good idea! im working on my own private 7 day challenge! i had

been finding that i wanted to have a rest day after each 5 day stretch so i

pushed it a little bit and made it 7 days straight last week which made me

pretty happy! then i had a rest day, of course ;)

so here i am again, just having finished day 1 of my next 7 day challenge.

if i can keep that up then i will shoot for a 14 day challenge!
