Guest guest Posted December 11, 2010 Report Share Posted December 11, 2010 Sooo happy to report I just finished my workout at 4:00 p.m.  Whew. Like I mentioned earlier, I was feeling very yucky and run-down. I know from in the past, the more I lay around and the less I do, the crapper I feel. So I decided I'd workout, and if worst came to worse, I'd sit and preview  Well, I did Chung's new Rapid Fire and REALLY liked it! I like her as an instructor and the workout was awesome to use with a bag. I did an extra session from what I was planning, and I skipped the actual heavy bag segment. Because, even though I felt great compared to what I was earlier, my energy level wasn't all the way there, and the boys were driving me crazy playing around me. I shut my HRM off at the 55 minute mark and burned 518 calories with my average at 127. I can't wait to give this one another whirl when I don't have DOMS in my back, and when my energy is normal! I've heard the heavy bag segment is awesome.. I will be doing this one again for sure in the coming week.
