Guest guest Posted December 6, 2010 Report Share Posted December 6, 2010 Wow, I got a nice ab workout in this morning! I have never done any segments on this one before. The DVD consists of 5 10-minute ab segments led by different instructors. I did three sections and fried my abs  The first section was Rob Glick, second session was Gay Gasper, and third was Violet Zaki. The segments were hard enough to where you could use them as stand-alones, but still do-able, if you wanted to do multiple sections. They each ended with a tiny stretch. And each had traditional crunches and some plank-work. I liked this one a lot! Yay! I'll be very surprised if I don't get any DOMS.
