I'm anxious to get through the last week so I can explore the Lean Phase, then eventually see Noel, my trainer, again! http://www.fosterfitnesspdx.com/se-portland-gym-personal-training.html I went up in three exercises today:double arm bet over rows: 25's to 30'ssingle leg sumo squats: 25's to 30'sreverse grip bent over rows: 25's to 30'sOff to spend a few hours chopping veggies and making boneless skinless chicken breasts (with garlic and ginger this time) for the week!
