45% 121.00 99.00I gained 2 oz this week which is probably due to water fluctuations. Today is the day I go back on my eating plan. I'm going to record every bite in my trusty notebook and I will type it onto my fitbit site. I'm going to keep my calories around 1,300, no lower than 1,200 and no

higher than 1,400. I know that by next week I will have a loss.I'm also going to start exercising again...I will probably start with walking tomorrow. Jen
