Guest guest
If you are a Durannie like me you will LOVE Duran Duran's new album, All You Need is Now. It's the best one they've put out since the 80's in my opinion though I will say that The Wedding Album is a close second. Here are the tracks and the drills I did for them:1) All You Need is Now - energetic warmup, flat hill2) Blame the Machines - seated climb, 5 small gear changes 3) Being Followed - sprints4) Leave a Light On - recovery, freestyle5) Safe (feat Ana Matronic) GREAT SONG! - hill 6) Girl Panic - intervals at each count of 327) The Man Who Stole a Leopard (feat Kelis) - slow incline hill, steadily drudging on up, PRE 6.5 - 7 8) Runaway Runaway - rolling hills, 16 cts in saddle, 16 out, recovery during bridge of song then back to it! 9) Before the Rain - stretch
