Guest guest Posted December 12, 2010 Report Share Posted December 12, 2010 push circuit 2 today:) lots of shoulders in this one!! on one of the flyes i had to go from 8 to 5 on my left shoulder--for some reason that side can be a little funky sometimes. before my next (and last) pc2 i'm going to warm that side up a little bit extra to see if that makes a difference. i also added on ab burner:) it does burn but i make it though most of the exercises. stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
