Gynecomastia from PA alone?

I am wondering if gyno can be caused just by the increased aldo alone?

I ask because it started on me that way. About a year before I was even taking spiro.

Today I had my 3rd mammogram and the doc brought me in to show me the images. Unreal...the difference in glandular development in the last 2.5 years. I didnt realize 50mg a spiro could cause that much change. He said to get from where i was 2 years ago to today meant significant hormone imbalance. Otherwise it wouldnt have looked much different. Is that part of PA, caused just by spiro, or a combo?
