yesterday's leg workout/time to review a new plan

yesterday was a good leg workout. i started with 25 min of easy pace on

the elliptical but was still in the 130s for heart rate which isn't to

bad. i moved onto the machines next.leg press12 reps@100,10@130,10@130,10@130leg extensions9@70,10@60,10@50seated leg curl10@60,10@60,10@50inner thighs12@70,6@75,8@70outer thighs12@70,12@70,12@60calves 2 sets of 10 @60elavate deadlifts 10@12lbs(dumbbells),10@10back extensions3 sets of 10@70oblique twist4 sets of 10 @50did some serious swimming last night but i used a kick board so lots of leg work.i

was exhausted this morning despite getting some sleep. this is about

the 3rd thursday in a row i haven't been able to finish a workout. i

started with amy's new kickbox surge but was tripping up first combo

then i tried the wii coach and just quit that. i though maybe it was

the tricky choreography in kickbox surge but when i was trying wii

coach i could see i was just tired and couldn't focus.i need to

figure out a new plan, apparently lower body work takes a lot more out

of me and trying to follow a cardio day with it might prove to make me

fail then i just get angry and stressed(which will lead me to some junk

food). i am going to make new routines for the gym so maybe play around

with the days off as well. maybe i need at least ONE full day of rest

without the pressure of even getting in yoga, just take the day off.i

finally got almost all the body sculpting bibles to come up with some

ideas(i could do without the swimsuit edition and the brides edition

which i think are rehased versions of the 21 day express with different

exercises). dh was also looking through his 101 workouts book from

muscle and fitness so that reminded me to look through some of that

stuff too.off to shower and breakfast maybe i will feel more awake.
