caved on the Longevity and Focus workouts

I have to confess that I finally did cave and got the Longevity and Focus workouts in Tracie's recent 4 for 4 sale. I'm telling DH he got them for me for Xmas so now he doesn't have to shop. I wanted them since they came out and I like Tracie Long and I liked the FitPrime workouts and these seem to be a bit like those. Hope I like them. I'm not going to use them until after Xmas since they are my present! But, I may play them all first to make sure they work.
