Re: Round 2 of Push Circuit 2 Thanks, ! 12's might seem like a lot for lateral raises, but in the Push Circuit you only do 8 slow and heavy reps (then 3 more for Extreme) If this were Body Pump I'm sure I'd be using 5's at the most!Hugs Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
