  I really, really

liked this short, 20 minute workout. Even with modifications I got a good

sweat. The workout uses 1 lb weighted gloves with the jumps, kicks standing

crunches, Rebekah includes some unique moves to sculpt your back, arms and

chest. There is only one workout and only Rebekah, for modifications you'll

have to go with the lead in move or modify on your own. If you already have

weighted gloves, you might want to wait until someone sells the workout alone

for cheap (they didn't even bother to list credits - LOL). I'm a crazed

vidiot and wanted yet another pair of weighted gloves. For the beginner this

doesn't have enough instructions for the advanced, well, you may want the

workout as an add-on, recovery or skip it all together.
