Don't feel bad, I went to a Christmas luncheon where I live. My mom made Tater tot casserole and a Texas Sheath Cake. I LOVE that cake it's my favorite! Lucky for me they ate most of it and there are only a couple of pieces left. The casserole is delicious too....I emailed Ore-ida to find out how many calories it is...we'll see JenSubject: Re: Cross purposes...To: exercisevideos Date: Tuesday,

I haven't been doing well on the food thing since Thanksgiving. I'm generally ok with it knowing that it is a one time a year thing and I will get back on track in the new year. I haven't been a total hog, but I have been having more than I normally do on the treat front!DonnaTo: exercisevideos Sent: Tue, December 14, 2010 7:12:10 PMSubject: Re: Cross purposes...

Make a plan for how you want to handle each. What will you allow yourself, what is too much? A plan is much more powerful than willpower!
