Guest guest
Way to go ! Its nice huh to see how much your body can change right before your eyes. The first things I noticed in the beginning were my pants being so baggy that it looked like I pooped my pants! LOL And then how much my body firmed up! You keep up the good work. I am rooting for you, and everyone. I am close to my 1 full year of Taebo! Smiles, Lacey

Let's keep lifting each other up. > The other night I was getting ready for my bath when I caught a glimpse of my butt in the mirror. I NEVER view myself from the back since there is always so much there! The first thing I noticed was that something was missing! I have large thighs, and my inner thighs are more toned, but still need much work. I could not believe what I saw! My butt is more shapely and my thighs are smaller (especially the inner thighs)!!!! WhooooooooHooooooooo! I danced and wiggled all over the bathroom that night. I was so proud. The pants I wore today are a little baggy. That feels good too. :) It's a long hard road, but I know each of us will make it. I'm sorry for rambling....

But I'm not surprised. :) I wonder what your cats were thinking....I had a hard time getting up this morning. I have a lot on my mind right now. I don't know if anyone has heard about the gruesome discovery in Northern Georgia. I don't live far from there. To make a long story VERY short, a crematorium was supposed to be cremating bodies. Instead, the bodies were being stashed all over the grounds of the crematorium. I know many people who have been directly affected by this debocle. As a matter of fact, my uncle (by marriage) was allegedly cremated at this facility. Right now, my aunt is waiting to hear if his remains have been identified. It's so sad for everyone involved. And as usual it makes all Southerners look bad. Anyway, when the alarm went off, I just could not get up! I ended up doing an 8 minute video this morning. I plan to do Abs and Glutes in a few hours.
