Today I was scheduled for but I decided to do something different instead. I had gotten 4 treadmill workouts off the swap about a week ago and I wanted to try one of those instead. Today I did Walking Strong with Tracey Staehle. I am still making payments on my treadmill and don't use it as much as I should. I loved this workout. It has Tracey doing the advanced version of the workout and Bobbi doing the modified version on the treadmill, there is also a person doing it without the treadmill. I followed Bobbi on this one. I so need to work on my cardio endurance. I finished the whole workout, but it really kicked my butt. I was so sweaty. It called for an incline of 10% in some parts, I sure hope that means the number 10 button on the treadmill because that's what I did. It does everything in increments of 30, 45 or 60 seconds. I can do anything for 60 seconds at a time. My treadmill faces the opposite direction of my TV so I have a little shelf with a portable DVD player on it that I used for this. I will definitely do this one again a few times more soon. I really loved it. I also got the Walking Stronger but I haven't even looked at that one yet.
