Guest guest Posted December 12, 2010 Report Share Posted December 12, 2010 Yes, it seems like your biggest weight loss times were when you were walking and doing all that cardio in the swimming pool with the clorox bottles, etc. I'm on week 2 no alcohol and feeling much better, am hoping for some weight loss myself since the scale hasn't moved for me since July basically! Today is the day I go back on my eating plan. I'm going to record every bite in my trusty notebook and I will type it onto my fitbit site. I'm going to keep my calories around 1,300, no lower than 1,200 and no higher than 1,400. I know that by next week I will have a loss.I'm also going to start exercising again...I will probably start with walking tomorrow. Guest guest Posted December 12, 2010 Report Share Posted December 12, 2010 jen, keep moving and recording as best you can!! take it on a day by day basis. spontaneous workouts are also nice--if you have 10 minutes take a fast walk. a light bulb moment for me last week--abs workouts are short--5 to 10 minutes--i'm very busy but have to admit i do have 5 or 10 minutes to do some abs every other day. stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've discovered that I have more energy and feel A LOT better when I eat healthy AND exercise. I want to do both walking and CLX. I will start swimming again when I take a class in the spring. I'm going to substitute Power 90's Ab burner 100 and 200 for CLXs ab workouts until my abs get stronger...right now they're very weak!
