I don't feel horrible, so I did workout today. The schedule called for a "long" cardio and a "short" stretch -so I did Anni Mars Life Force workout, one I hadn't done in awhile. Highly recommended as an alternative to . The choreography is basic and for the duration of the workout you do one move for one minute. Throughout the workout you hold light weights - I wore my weighted gloves. The impact is mixed, but there is a low impact/intensity modifier and higher impact/higher intensity modifier. Anni works out in the middle. The higher intensity modifier demonstrates some of the moves on a step. There are some 'toning' segments thrown in as well - lighter weights, higher reps - sort of like Slim Series. After 10 exercises (10 min) Anni announces the completion of the 10 minutes and gives you the option to stop your workout and go to the cool down - so this one is nice even if you don't have 50 min to devote to it. I felt more challenged than when I do , but it was a little easier than a run/walk.
