Guest guest Posted April 29, 2012 Report Share Posted April 29, 2012 This is a great time of the year for dandelions. They have medicinal properties as well as a pleasant flavor. You've probably heard of folk making dandelion wine. Well i thought it would be nice to try in KT, and wow! It imparts a wonderful flavor and a beautiful yellow color. Just prepare them the same way you do for dandelion wine (there are plenty of videos out there) and toss in a handful when bottling. Try it you'll love it. P.S.
