Steps 5,196 Miles 1.64 Pace per mile 25:00/miCLX Day 7ChaLean Extreme CLX - Recharge = 20:53 minutesChaLean Extreme CLX - Ab Extreme = 16:25 minutesI enjoyed Recharge very much. I had problems with holding the downward dog. Next time I will try Chalene's tip of putting my weight more into my heels.I have a lot of trouble doing the side plank. I'm too heavy and it's hard to hold myself up....do any of you know any effective modifications that would give me the same result?My abs are very weak. I'm considering doing ab exercises every other day, do you this that will help? Or should I do them 6 days a week? I was going to do Ab Ripper 100 if I'm not doing a CLX. What do you think? How often should I work my abs to increase their strength?Today marks the end of week 1 of the Burn phase. I'm going to start week 2 tomorrow. I will be taking Saturday off because I'm going to a workshop about Deaf culture, after that I will be going out to eat with the presenter and ASL instructors (ALL Deaf.)
