Guest guest
Oh Lynn, I am so happy that *finally* someone is *listening!* Hoping the MTX helps you to feel better and relieves some of the terrible pain you have been putting up with day and night. Goes to show that everything can't be based on labs alone. Hopefully e-Bay works out for you! hugs from another Wisconsinite! Tricia -- Hi all I got a letter today from the Rheumatologist that I saw from the Marshfield Clinic. He said he is not sure where I fit with the connective tissue diseases and I do not have all the findings to make a definte diagnosis. "It is possible that you have Still's, particularly since we have not found any evidence for infection. He wants to start me on MTX again, no prednisone see how that goes and take over my pain control. It is not a for sure thing, but after my labs came back normal I was sure they would call and say "oh, must just all be in your head!!" Even though, I was tested and passed that. I am so hopeful again. I really do think the MTX was helping me when that other jerk pulled me off of it. Just having someone in the medical field that is so respected not brush me off is so uplifting. So, we will see what happens next. I need to call him tomorrow to get started. Thanks for all your well wishes. Sorry, I have not been around much but I am trying to do the Ebay thing to make a bit of money and between that and my pain I have not been doing much else. Guest guest
I am so happy he was being so obsessive, SuZie Q. Is it on your liver? It’s great news that it’s been found so early. Let us know when the next appt is. Love & big hugs, and Angel sends hers, too, if it doesn’t upset Spyke too much Hi All Hello All, I just got back from my doctor's office. He sent me for an MRI last month & I went to get the results. As most of you know, my AFP was high last time he tested it so he sent me for an ultrasound. It came back normal but he sent me for a c t scan which also came back normal. He said he was being obsessive but sent me for the MRI. Well, I got the MRI results this morning & they show a mass. It's still small, only 1.6 cm but he's referring me to the Cancer Clinic where they'll probably biopsy it. My doc says it could be benign but if it isn't there are still lots of things we can do. Because he decided to send me for the MRI, we've found it early, whatever it is & I thank the gods for that! All I can do now is wait & find out what I'll have to do to get rid of it. Believe me I will - get rid of it that is! Hugs, SuZie Next time I'm coming back as a cat
Guest guest
Yeah, it's on the right lobe of my liver. My brother's girlfriend had two - turned out to be cysts. Fingers crossed mine will too. Don't worry, I'll let you know what happens as soon as it does. Guest guest
Suzie, I'm so sorry to hear that you have to go through yet another procedure. I pray it's nothing to worry about and can be taken out and be done with. I hope this makes sense, I took my antibotics at noon then my evening meds and sleeping pills right after dinner. I've been dizzy off and on today after taking my antibotics. I feel off balance, Hugs, VickieGKATHY SHELNUTT wrote: HI SUZIE IM GLAD THAT YOUR DOC WENT FOR THE MRI AND FOUND IT EARLY I KNOW YOU ARE A FIGHTER AND EVERYTHING IS GOING TO GO GOOD FOR YOU Right now I can't concenrate.
