Thanks, !! I feel really great about the quantity and especiall the quality of the workouts I did. I didn't slack off although I was tempted to sometimes but I did listen to my body (and put in the lower intensity step workout when I needed to now pound with higher impact/higher intensity stuff).

Awesome week, ! 5 workouts is nothing to sneeze at, and these were challenging! Way to go!
