Guest guest Posted December 13, 2010 Report Share Posted December 13, 2010 Mondays are normally my light workout day / core day. Well, since the boys were home today and I wasn't on any kind of schedule, I thought i'd get a workout in and take tomorrow as my light day instead. I did 's Baby Bells. I like this workout a lot. Wish it had good music, but to find kettlebell workouts with good music is not common! Anyway, I used my 35lb bell for most everything. In reading my notes I've used my 45lb bell in this workout too. HOLY! I was dying with my 35! Anyway, I burned 347 calories with my average at 127 in the end.. which was about 35 minutes. Afterwards, I put in Grace's Rockin Models. I decided I would just start with it, and finish the section that was closes to 25 minutes to make an hour of working out. Perfect workout. Loved the yoga in it, and got my butt kicked by the lower body work. I might have to put it in tomorrow for some core work. We shall see.
