Yesterday was a walking day at work. While it was a bit chilly, it was very clear and no wind. I was totally warm during the whole 2 mile walk. I upped the intensity by walking very quickly for a minute and then a more steady pace for three. No time for arms or core last night as Tonys 7:30 game was away and we didn't get home until 9pm.
