Guest guest Posted December 6, 2010 Report Share Posted December 6, 2010 Hi Everyone, No walk for me today (felt strange since I"ve been doing that almost daily for the month of November) but I did Ellen's Fat Burning Pilates, 2 segments (the bonus total body and the thigh segment) from Ellen's Pick Your Spot Pilates and the standing stretch from Classical Stretch 30 Min Express Standing & Floorwork routine.
