Hi Jacki, I looked online for BMR and they have dozens of different formulas...can you give me a link to a good one?Thanks, Jen

My thoughts are, if starving yourself for a day doesn't make your weight go down, then one binge day isn't going to make it go up, either! I think it's more important to just keep an even diet MOST of the time, and those few variations won't hurt. (-- But every day binging is not variation....)
