Still in my calves, the way to the muscles in my upper back. Oww... even my glutes. Surprising since I just did 25 minutes of floorwork with Grace yesterday! Anyway, with that said, it took me a bit to get warmed up and to give my workout my 'all' this morning. About the time that happened, I ran out of juice! LOL.. I still enjoyed the workout. Love the music in this one, and Cathe cues well. I burned 661 calories with my average at 144... Oh, and the step blasts about killed me...
