Guest guest
My experience has been that some theories, including the blood type diet, work well for some people, not so well for others. I, too, had a naturopath who believed in the blood type diet. So I followed it for a while, with mixed results. I also was being continuously tested for food sensitivities. I found that the blood type theory was about 50% - 60 % in line with the test results on my food sensitivities. Bottom line: I could safely rely on my personal tests, but relying on the blood type theory only was wrong 40- 50% of the time! So I gave up on it. But I also know of some people who seem to do well with eating according to their blood type. We are all similar, yet different. I found that most naturopaths and homeopaths and chiropractors that I have consulted have their own pet ideologies.( Meet them 10 years later and some of their ideologies have changed drastically). I am open to investigate many theories on health, follow some, but not others. Ultimately, my body is my responsibility.
