Hi ... not a problem at all! On the contrary it is rather a lovely

idea and makes a talking point with all people that come to visit.

It was in just such a setting that I first met my late Aunt's Kombucha

brew which triggered my interest about 30 years ago. That interest never

waned.

Daylight is fine for Kombucha during brewing, although direct sunlight,

being antibacterial, should be kept to a minimum.

Why should we keep our treasure hidden in darkness? ;-)

Enjoy and let others enjoy your Kombucha sensation!!

Enthusiastically-kombuchaly,

Margret in rainy England ;-)

I've had no problems in my kitchen with lots of light just make sure it's

not direct sunlight.
