Guest guest
Thanks to 's push, I had an awesome week! This is copied from my log. The categories are: Date, Day of the Week, Time, Type, Name of workout, amount of time worked out, amount of calories burned and amount of WW points earned. 11/29/10 Monday (Cathe) 12:00 PM Strength Slow & Heavy Legs & Shoulders 71 283 4 11/30/10 Tuesday (Cardio) 08:30 AM Cardio Kathy Walking for Weight Loss 39 184 2 12/01/10 Wednesday (Cathe) 08:30 AM Strength Slow & Heavy Chest & Back 64 169 2 12/02/10 Thursday (cardio) 08:30 AM Cardio Walk Slim 2 Miles (pus parts of other workouts) 55 221 3 12/03/10 Friday (Cathe) 08:30 AM Strength Slow & Heavy Triceps & Biceps 60 162 2 12/04/10 Saturday (rest) Rest 12/05/10 Sunday (quick cardio + extended stretching 12:30 PM Cardio + Stretch 10 Minute Solution Carb Burner Slow & Steady Burn + Power Half Hour Stretch didn't happen Totals 289 1019 13 Sunday ended up being much busier baking for our family Chanukah party than I'd planned so I literally got home from church, ate lunch and baked almost right up till the moment we had to leave. I pulled the last thing out of the oven (Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread), ran to take a shower and left the house with the bread still warm! I didn't want to give up my stretch but was better with giving up that than cardio or strength (I know it is is just as important... but...). I'm hoping for a quieter weekend this week so I'm less likely to give up any workouts at all. Even still, I am THRILLED with these results!!! I worked out 5 days, for a total of almost 300 minutes and burned over 1,000 calories!! My goal had been at least 3 days and at least 150 minutes (no calorie goal though) so this is very exciting! I'm working more this week and have school meetings and car stuff to take care of so time will be tighter during the week but having a plan (and a push) is making it easier to force myself to workout. I REALLY did not want to workout today, but I did and I feel much better for having done so. I might have to workout tomorrow afternoon too (like today), which I hate doing, but since today went well, tomorrow will be easier to face.
