Guest guest Posted November 20, 2010 Report Share Posted November 20, 2010 I got a nice workout in this morning. I decided to go with . I don't think I've done this one before? Or if I have it's been awhile. I enjoyed it a lot, but it was a bit taxing on my back. I would call this one more of a functional workout. It has some strength exercises alternating with some short cardio drills, ending with a bit of ab-work. I would call the workout intermediate. I used 10 pound dumbbells for about everything, I believe. I burned 303 calories with my average at 107. It's a 50-minute workout. Afterwards, I decided to try Elle Yoga. I did the first 20-minute session. It was pretty decent, it had some nice stretches in it. Not hard. The instructor talked so fast though, and it was kind of hard to follow, but I got used to it. I did like it, but the instructing could have been a tad better, I think.
