Guest guest
Ok, I looked it up on line for my brand of tea kettle and it says its anodized. Thats so minerals don't build up on heating element. Is this good or bad?. Thanks

Only contact with acidic liquid e.g. Kombucha for a prolonged time is bad for both metal and tea, as the acid attacks metal. Water does not create such a problem.
