Nothing tastes good and I have ZERO appetite. Also, I don't have a blender. I do have a few protein drinks though from muscle milk and Special K that I could drink. Mostly I've been eating a lot of yogurt, non-fat cottage cheese with or without applesauce, homemade soup with vegetables and barley or vegetables with 2 eggs (cooked in the soup) and brown rice. I've been drinking a lot of water because the medicine causes my throat to be dry and sore.Thanks for understanding Darcy and not getting mad.....you are so COOL Jen

Does this give you any answers as to why you weren't losing before Jen? If you're eating much less, then maybe eating too much was slowing you down before? I know you thought you weren't eating enough before, but now that you've cut back on your consumption you've seen a huge drop w/ your weight? I KNOW that my problem is eating too much, and not too little.....
