Guest guest
Thanks, ! Yeah, technical malfunctions suck! It's bad enough when you're passively sitting on a couch, trying to watch a movie or something, but DVD players and VCRs are so much more to us exercise vidiots, you know?I have the Turbo Jam DVD that uses a stability ball (Kickin' Core) but my ball is flat and dangerous to use as is and I haven't been able to reinflate it, so I got my husband to make me an edited "mashup" of the beginning of Kickin' Core with the end of Punch, Kick, and Jam and sometimes with that particular DVD the audio doesn't always sync up with the video. I have to stop and start the player until I can get everything in sync. So yeah, I definitely think something could have gotten lost during the transference. I can't wait to read about your thoughts on Round 43! Your posts on HHH are making me want to get the fan DVDs, too, although I can't dance to save my life. :-)And the six pack bag looks AWESOME! I swear, I read about the best things from this group.NamikoTo: exercisevideos Sent: Mon, November 15, 2010 4:48:28 PMSubject: Re: Last week in review AWESOME week, Namiko! This was a fun read! Don't you hate it when a dvd or machine skips or malfunctions on you when you are pressed for time? Love that the vhs pulled through for you (I have a strange affection for vhs tapes, they are nostalgic for me) You know you got me thinking about my Turbo Fire dvd's... I had said that some of them the cuing was off the music. I had to transfer all of my TF dvd's to my laptop then reburn them because the originals from Beachbody won't play on my dvd player, they turn a funny color and roll up (hard to explain) so I had to play them on my Playstation where they play just fine, and xfer them to my laptop and reburn onto a blank dvd. I'm wondering if the dvd's were fine but it was transferring them that something got lost? I'm hoping we get Round 43 today! I'm officially stalking my mailman for Round 43 and the FedEx man for my six pack bag!www.sixpackbags.comOkay, done rambling. I like the Time Crunch Firm workout a lot! I haven't done the other Firms in this review. Here's to a new week! Good job, Night Sister!
