I think so. However the LA still has a duty to a young person with SEN until

they are 25 - but there isn't a Statement any more, so things get even more

difficult. Connexions ought to help you here.

This is the pdf of the section from the SEN Toolkit about Trtansition planning:

should have had a transition plan since the annual review in Year 9 and

it should have been updated annually.
