Guest guest
greetings Alina, the duration of brewing / cultivation time lets the yeasts(male equivalent)+ bacteria{female correlation} make love in the infusions which we provide them along with the environment overall. having more moments to build up its momentum together in the herbal infusions.. allows so much more energetics transfer into the brew- which makes it an Elixir!, though it is not needed to wait 2-3 months ever for this to occur unless you have a massive batch you want to brew. Microorganisms are intelligence beyond our comprehension, they what to do!! my humble suggestion, for HI-Grade brewing, it only takes between 5 to 15 days relative for brewing vessel sizes, 3 weeks is typically your threshold for acidity tollerance & pallatability Sent from Yahoo!
