They do?  I haven't had to, but that's because I slow down when I feel that way. I guess you'd need the bucket if you push on through. I don't feel compelled to suffer that way!, I think you're going to love STS. It's superb. I'm looking forward to my next CLX rotation. I think I'm going to do some KB rotations first. I might even mix ups some mesocycles just for fun.

They have those on the Biggest Loser!  I almost feel cheated that I've never had to puke!  I've gotten light headed and felt like passing out, but tummy wasn't thusly affected. Good job, !  I hope to do STS after CLX and P90X!

Thanks Darcy!! I had extreme endorphins for hours, and then about 4 hours later I felt exhausted!!!

AWESOME, AWESOME WORK!!  BE PROUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!D

STS Disk 29 Plyo legs was TOUGH!!! It reminds me of Crossfit. The local Crossfit gym keeps a little bucket in the center of the gym. The bucket is labeled: " Pukie " . Their workouts are so intense that people sometimes get nauseous. This workout made me wonder if I should keep one of those handy too, LOL. Whoa. I wanted to reach for Pukie twice. I think I had just waited too long after my breakfast. It passed quickly each time.

I put my all into it. I did use a few modifications. There are two segments where you jump onto the step with both feet. I used two risers instead of 4. Still good. The other modification was for the rock climbers. These are similar to mountain climbers. I did those on my ropes: very hard, but less risky for my ankles. It probably hit the abs and hip flexors more. I did everything else with the suggested number of risers.

The best thing is that I thought I'd have to modify more, but I flew through the rest. I didn't think I'd be able to do the Explosive Running Man on 4 risers, but my legs said yes. I surprised myself today.

So hard, but the payoff is incredible. I can't describe how I feel right now. Have a lovely day, everyone!Happy Workouts
