Guest guest
One thing you might want to consider, as I have, is replacing your spigot. The spigot with the lever that gets pushed down gently to let your kt just trickle out just does not do it. Each one of mine clog all the time. Instead, I have replaced mine with the kind that have a push button that pushes down with a little effort and the drink pours out of the faucet with force, not just gravity. There does not seem to be a problem with the yeasties clogging these kinds of spigots. I can't find the link to the company where I got mine and the name will not come to mind. But it is probably in the archives because I probably shared the link when I shared my news at this discovery.
