Guest guest
> kombucha makes me feel bad, even > in really very small amounts. Can you provide more details, other than " makes you feel bad " ? For instance, I have known one individual who is extremely sensitive to caffeine who had problems with drinking kombucha, despite letting it ferment a long time. Her symptoms were similar to when she had other caffeine drinks. Also, have you experienced these issues when drinking commercial kombucha? (Specifically, a raw drink such as GTs.) Are you certain that you have not started any other changes in your routine, such as taking a new supplement? How small is " very small " ? Hopefully after you noticed this issue, you stopped drinking kombucha for a while. If you decide to try again, don't drink more than 2 oz per day, and do that for a week before you increase that amount by 50 percent (to ensure that it's not a detox issue). More details mean we are more likely to be able to provide appropriate advice.
